"An absurd tale that is perfectly expressed using puppetry."
                                                    - Kieran Eaton, The Fourth Wall
"A feel-good celebration of the eccentricities and importance of love and life."
                                                    - Kimberley Shaw, Stage Whispers

A charming puppetry romp, a wonderful adventure, and a good old-fashioned farce.

“There are three deaths. The first is when the body ceases to function. The second is when the body is consigned to the grave.

The third is that moment, sometime in the future, when your name is spoken for the last time.”

David Eagleman

Inspired by the above quote by neuroscientist David Eagleman, The Three Deaths of Ebony Black follows the life and death of a sweet little old lady with a not so extraordinary life. A delightful, comical story explored through puppetry, song and dance.

This is a touching new work by Amberly Cull (Avenue Q, The Point of Light, DAFUQ), with music by multi award winning composer Robert Woods (Bus Boy, Point & Shoot). Performed by Amberly Cull and Nick Pages-Oliver (Rules Of Summer, Fish In The Sea), with Robert Woods on keys.

Puppets handmade by Danny Miller. Direction by Tyler Jacob Jones.
